Update on an earlier thing
I fixed the starter motor on the little bike!
It turns out that it needs to have the bolts holding the kickstarter mechanism in place very carefully tightened (to Not Very Tight At All, just a smidge past finger-tight) otherwise the starter gear gadget doesn’t turn around at all. Now I can start the bike with a button again, though, instead of having to kickstart it all the time.
